Extreme Pressure Mud Lubricant

Aqualube-EP

Description

Aqualube-EP is a biodegradable Extreme Pressure mud lubricant specifically blended for reducing friction between drill string and casing/bore hole in water base mud. Aqualube-EP works equally well both in fresh and salt water without altering the rheology of mud adversely. Aqualube-EP is a blend of high molecular weight fatty oils, surfactants and stabilizers. It provides lubricity by forming a film on steel casing or mud cake surface. It also reduces the tendency towards differential pressure sticking.

Aqualube-EP readily disperses in water and water base mud without producing oil slick. Moreover, it bears no harmful effect for human skin. It is non-fluorescent amber liquid and has no greasing-out or foaming tendencies.
