Silicone MRA-35 is a water-based silicone emulsion consisting of medium-viscosity dimethylsiloxane. Silicone MRA-35 emulsion creates a thin but very effective parting film. It does not carbonize at elevated temperature. It does not build up moulds and does not discolor or damage rubber or plastics.

Applications

Silicone MRA-35 can be used as

• A lubricant and anti-sticking agent for extruded rubber parts. It prevents newly extruded rubber parts from sticking together and improves surface appearance.
• A lubricant & release agent in vulcanization in rubber industry
• A release agent in molding of thermoplastic and thermosetting agents
• A additive to pigments and filler to improve process-ability
• A release agent in Die-casting, precision casting and Croning process
• A lubricant in wire and cable production. Silicone MRA-35 suppresses fungi growth in the stored cables and hence protects its appearance.

Dosage

Silicone MRA-35 can be used with or without diluting. Pilot testing should be done for maximum efficiency.

Storage & Shelf Life

The product should be stored below in room temperature. Shelf life in closed container is 6 months.M
