BENTOP

Description

BENTOP is a southern type calcium based bentonite of highest purity having 96% clay contents and only 4% sand contents. It is finely powdered to 200 mesh BSS.
It gives high green strength to mould and low dry and baked strength compared to Bentobest, a sodium bentonite.

K2O 0.2 – 0.5 %
TiO2 0.2 – 0.5 %

Loss on Ignition 10 – 15 %

Handling

BENTOP does not have a restricted classification for transportation by regulatory agencies. It is a non-combustible product.
Spilled material may cause slipping if wet. It can be washed with a stream of water.

First Aid

On Skin contact: Wash with plenty of water and soap
On contact with eyes: immediately wash affected eyes under running water and consult an eye specialist.

Storage

BENTOP should be stored in a clean and dry environment.
